Exemplar REITail

In July 2021, Exemplar REITail partnered with Weave Connnect to address the ongoing challenge of youth unemployment.

Through the creation of various life orientated mobile micro-learning courses, community members have the opportunity to upskill themselves for free.

There is no cost involved for anyone wanting to complete any of the courses and the programme allows for a virtual life coach and CV creator.

Although still in the development stages, community members in Thembisa have already had access to numerous courses and the programme is planned for roll-out nationally.

Exemplar takes pride in ensuring each of its assets support local and encourage the micro-economies of the local entrepreneurs. In FY2022, various rental assistance was given to local tenants to ensure they have access to market.
